​On Monday, January 9, 2012 the College held its third annual meeting of members at the Metropolitan Hotel in Toronto, Ontario. Over 30 members of the College, along with stakeholders in the early learning and care sector and special guests from the Ministry of Education were in attendance, including the Honourable Laurel Broten who brought greetings on behalf of the Ministry of Education.
 
The meeting included reports from the College’s President, Auditor and the Chair of the College’s Complaints Committee. Following this was a question period and then College Registrar and CEO Sue Corke made a special presentation about what it means to be a professional.
